Amy E. Rhea, MA, received a master of arts in professional and technical writing (focus on technical writing) from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2018, having completed their bachelor of arts in the same discipline (focus on editing) at the same institution in 2016. They have been involved with small nonprofits throughout the Midwest and Mid-South regions for over 20 years.
